Xuzhou Jinhai Pump specializes in manufacturing casting products. We have a manufacturing plant covering 40,000 square meters. Among 150 staff, 20 professional engineers are dedicated to our R&D of quality products.
Our production is facilitated with two 20T-EAF furnaces, 3T intermediate frequency furnaces, 6,300 by 4,200 by 2,500mm or 6,000 by 3,600 by 2,500 high temperature heat treatment furnaces and other casting equipment. As for QC, our inspection machines include direct-reading spectrometers, ultrasonic testing equipment, magnetic particle flaw detection apparatus, electronic metallographic instruments, hardness testing equipment and more. The mechanical processing is equipped with Ø6.3m/5m/3m/1.6m vertical lathes, 1,000 mm drilling machines and CNC processing centers.
We have an annual casting capability of 12,000 tons and processing capacity of 6,000 tons. Our operation is ISO 9001:2008-certified. Our product catalogs include sets of slurry pumps of 1,000 to 3,500 square meters, DN1100-DN2600 pipe molds, crusher-machine parts, mining machine parts and more. Our casting products have a maximum specification of 35 tons.
